We are only accepting individual, adult clients at this time. We do not work with anyone 17 or younger.

Most people start seeing results as early as the first 5-6 sessions. However, to ensure long-term change, therapy will typically last between 12-16 sessions. Therapy length all depends on your specific needs.

We will know when you are done with therapy by continually tracking your progress. At the start of every session we will check-in using a brief symptom inventory. When your score consistently reaches a predetermined level, we might have a conversation about putting a pause on therapy.
Another way we will know you are done with therapy is by setting specific goals early on in therapy and then tracking your progress on those goals. When you reach all of your specific therapeutic goals, we may want to consider ending therapy.

Therapy sessions typically last between 50-60 minutes. Some therapy approaches require a slightly longer session (i.e., 80-90 minutes). We will work together to figure out which approach is best for you.

At present, we do not accept insurance. Please see the appointments section to learn about “superbills”.

At present, we are only working with clients who live in California. However, a benefit of telehealth is that we are not restricted to any specific city in California. From the Sierras to the coast and anywhere in between, we are happy to work with you!

We do not offer prescription services at this time. However, we are happy to work with your prescribing providers or give you a referral to someone who may be able to help.
